It is beginning to look like CREATE-MAS!!

I love the holidays and I wanted to give a gift to everyone! Welcome to the 14 Days of Create-Mas!! I love educational technology and literacy so I decided to combine them both. It is that time of year again where I take some time to share some of my favorite tools, resources, and creative ways to use technology and literacy.  With each reveal of a new website/resource/idea.

This concept was first introduced to me in 2019 by Ryan and Brian from the Check this Out Podcast. Quite a few different educators are continuing this tradition and creating their own versions such as the 12 Days of Chrome-mas, 12 Days of Tech Cheer, and Tech the Halls to name a few. Take a look at the listings on Eric Curts’ blog post for over 20 different variations. I have been inspired by both Eric Curts (@ecurts) and Check this Out with Ryan and Brian (Podcast).

14 Days of Create-mas 2022

During this year I decided to focus (as much as possible) on 14 days and making sure that each item would not require student login as that can be a hurdle that results in students not being able to use different tools.

Create with Chrome 2021

Created last year for 16 days different resources were posted that you could use different resources to create using Chrome. Although you could use any browser the focus was on Google items.
